How do I place an order?
You can order gift goods from ZrirmSg™ directly through our online store. Simply look through the available products, select the items you want, place them in your cart, and finish your purchase on the checkout page.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is successfully submitted, you will receive an automated confirmation email. This email provides your transaction information and a summary of the products included in your purchase.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped, a shipping notification with tracking details will be sent to you. The tracking number in that email can be used to follow your package until it reaches your delivery address.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are usually prepared shortly after payment is completed. If you need to change order details or cancel your purchase, please contact customer support as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once processing has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be available.
